Retail Energy Marketing, a formal name for the convenience store, gas station and truck stop industry, is the industry BancCorp will be targeting for financing. With more than 170,000 retail locations, in the United States, and increasing approximately 7% (including attrition) per year. As of December of 2000, BancCorp has provided over several million dollars of financing for this industry. In 2001, we are targeting an increase of over 200 percent for financing convenience stores and truck stops.
